Using a platform of influence, innovation, and opportunity, the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC) works with and for its members to grow successful businesses and careers. The USWCC is sponsored by the interests, aspirations, and needs of its members - not by corporate or political funds. 

 

Wider Opportunities for Women (WOW)
Wider Opportunities for Women  works nationally and in its home community of Washington, DC to build pathways to economic independence for America’s families, women, and girls. WOW has a distinctive history in changing the landscape of women and work.

For more than 40 years, WOW has helped women learn to earn, with programs emphasizing literacy, technical and nontraditional skills, the welfare-to-work transition, career development, and retirement security. Since 1964, WOW has trained more than 10,000 women for well-paid work in the DC area.

WOW leads the National Women’s Workforce Network, which is comprised of organizations committed to increasing women and girls’ access to well-paid work, the Family Economic Self-Sufficiency Project (FESS), and the Elder Economic Security Initiative.
 
 

Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) 
Women Impacting Public Policy is a national bi-partisan group comprising over half a million members. The non-profit organization is the public policy voice for 49 national Women in Business groups and is The Voice for Women in Business in Our Nation's Capital. WIPP advocates for and on behalf of women and minorities in business in the legislative processes of our nation, creating economic opportunities and building bridges and alliances to other small business organizations.
